Swallow the Sun, Ji Seong and Seong Yuri tell the story with intense eye contact

SBS drama series Swallow the Sun draws attention from public as soon as the poster released.

Scheduled showing after the last episode of City Hall from 8 July, drama Swallow the Sun is expected to become another successful production by writer Choi Woan Kyoo and producer Yoo Cheol Yoong from famous drama series All In.

Based on the novel of Kang Cheol Hwa from Newport Pictures, Swallow the Sun tells the story of developing City Seogwipo of Jye Joo island autonomous district into a world famous metropolis with challenge, wish and love.

The two posters are released through official website under the theme of Dangerous game for love and destiny. On the first poster you can see leading actor Ji Seong playing the role of orphan Jeong Woo and leading actress Seong Yuri playing the role of Soo Hyun. Battle field smoke is added to the poster to emphasize the intense atmosphere.











The second poster shows images of all the 8 important characters in the drama including Ji Seong, Seong Yuri, Jeon Koang Lyul, Yoo Wo Seong, Lee Woan, Han Ji Yeon, Jo Sang Koo and So Yi Hyun. With the background of Jye Joo island, the second poster tells the story of first few episodes by showing different images of all the actors.

Drama Swallow the Sun will be on show after the last episode of City Hall from 8 July at 9:55pm every Wednesday and Thursday on SBS.
