Love Conflicts Continue in The Man Who Can't Get Married

The July 27 episode of "The Man Who Can't Get Married" has only proved that Jang Mun-jeong (Uhm Jung-hwa) and Jo Jae-hui (Ji Jin-hee) have a long way to go before seeing some fruits of love, even after they confessed their feelings for each other.


The two protagonists had always argued whenever they met ever since they got to know each other, and the confession has not helped change things. And it is mainly due to Jae-hui's assertive and eccentric personality.


Also in the episode, his stubbornness offended Mun-jeong. Jae-hui refused to let her into his home, saying he makes it a rule to allow no visitors in his home. She argued by saying things were different now because they are lovers, but he only repeated his rule and accused her of imposing herself.


Jae-hui also disapproved of Mun-jeong trying to change him and refused to listen to her. When the angry Mun-jeong told him, "How can you love someone when you do not want to give up anything at all?" he was still adamant. "I have to eat when I want to eat, wash when I want to wash, and work when I want to work. It drives me crazy when my space, time or life is interrupted," he said.


The last straw came when Jae-hui said sarcastically, "So is it because you are expert on love that you still remain single?" Becoming infuriated, Mun-jeong called him "psycho" and stormed out.


It remains to be seen whether the two can make any progress in their relationship. And to make matters worse, Jeong Yu-jin (Kim So-eun), Jae-hui's neighbor, now has feelings for Jae-hui. Half awake from sleep, Jae-hui mistook Yu-jin for Mun-jeong and almost kissed Yu-jin.
