Now with the decline of imports from China due to bad quality of things they produce, I am confident that the real productivity groups will emerge as their products will be accepted as the real products. Majority of productivity groups are here in U.S. They will line up and unite to become a strong supporting force of you and me. The rest of trade groups will also get a higher asset value as they trade with one another. And Fed will redistribute money according to their current value. Each trade group will have a profit which equals (the current value - initial value). This indicates how each trade group grows into the next trade group. Since the total amount of current vaule is larger than the initial value Fed will have to print the additional money needed. However, any money missing during the trade process has to be located to avoid wrongful calculation of additional money needed. This way we can have a healthy circulation of money and trade activities would become a smooth process. Therefore Fed's job is to monitor and allocate value with a growth factor in mind.

Now we need to discuss into detail on how trade function with productivity. The initial set up for Fed is to allocate values to all trade groups. Let's say healthcare trade, agriculture trade, manufacture trade, high tech trade and entertainment trade are assigned initial value of $100, $200, $300, $400, $500, and $600 respectively. For example, agriculture trade uses $100 assigned value to purchase food products from productivity. Its initial asset value is therefore $100. When it starts to trade with other trade groups its total vaule will grow into let's say, $150. Each trade group will get a portion of the food products and their value is ($150/total # units)*#of units needed by each trade group. After agriculture receives money of $100 from food trade group it gives the money back to Fed. Fed then redistributes a total of $150 to all trade groups for them to purchase food.

We need Fed to re-evaluate the asset value of all trade groups. Corresponding to each productivity group there is a trade group. Start with Healthcare which value should be the lowest of all trade groups such as Agriculture, Manufacture, High Tech and Entertainment. I think that Healthcare is valued too high in comparison with other groups such as Agriculture and Manufacture. And the high value of healthcare product causes trade difficulty as workers from other groups above find it impossible to pay for such expensive product. the consequences are if they can't afford healthcare then they can't maintain good health. We can see the chain reaction in all this. In summary, we talked about trade relation with productivity and internal structure of trade groups. Fed has a lot of work to do and I hope you urge Fed to do site visits with you.

Hence productivity doesn't have any money to give to Fed for them to redistribute. This causes treasury to print more and more money and normal flow of money is interrupted by such inflation. Sometimes Fed doesn't allocate right and result is that for those who do not get the money unemployment occurs. This causes some with too much money and some with no money. society therefore becomes unstable. Jobless people start to steal and rob others as means to allocate wealth themselves. Trade market is disturbed by high unemployment rate and comes to a freezing point. We need to avoid error in allocation of money and try to have a clear set of steps in trading with productivity to avoid loss of money in the process. (con.t next memo)

Hence we can't determine whether the $700 bil should be returned or not until we have a clear picture of what gov't has on its balance sheet. To begin with,some departments need to be removed from its budget. Since White House doesn't have the power and authority to handle economy and trade dept such as Agriculture will solely deal with what foods the politicians need, instead of telling farmers what to do. This way unnecessary waste of products can be avoided. Treasury dept should also be removed due to its role of allocating money overlaps with Federal Reserve. Next step is to avoid inflation or deflation. We need to have a healthy circulation of money. Making sure that having qualified people handling the trade between productivity and consumers. Sometimes money of consumers are being grabbed by wholesaler, retailers, and many other brokers in between without giving it to productivity. (cont. next memo)

I need you to send a memo to White House tonight to help them to resolve the $700 bil bailout issue. White House gets products it needs from productivity groups by using the money collected from trade groups/consumers/taxpayers. Take a look at the its balance sheet you will find the description and value of the assets/products. If White House has all the products it needs to survive then any money left would be returned to taxpayers. If it doesn't have all it needs then it needs to collect more money from taxpayers. If the taxpayers claim that since the financial market broke down then it must indicate that White House owes them money and they thus deserve the $700 bil bailout. I made a mistake in describing the term used to give money to White House. Trade groups give money to White House for weapon purchase and political campaigns. And this money is called taxes. Trade groups also use money internally to purchase products from productivity groups. However, within productivity cycle money is not used, barter trade system is utilized as they exchange products needed with one another. Therefore productivity do not give money to politicians, but rather donating products as means of paying taxes. The $700 bil bailout money solely comes from trade groups. If this is the excess amount then it should be returned to trade groups. If it's not then D.C. needs to keep it. Fed needs to allocate this money accordingly to avoid unemployment if it's the excess amount that belongs to consumers/taxpayers.

Dear Seo Jin, I have watched news about the $700 billion bailout decision of White House. D.C. is debating about whether this amount should be released or not. The whole country and the whole world are thinking and deciding whether it should be the job of politicians to involve in the financial business. Will this bailout plan work is the focus of the debate. As I discussed about this in previuos memos addressed to you my decision on this is still the same, White House should not involve itself in something that is not within its job description. Namely, the economy and trade activities are not their jobs. Dear Seo Jin, I was browsing through Automotive News and found out that the White House bailout of financial industry has an impact on auto industry. The argument was should the bailout money be also used on bad car loans. It all depends on the source of this bailout money. If this money is from consumers/trade groups/taxpayers then it can be used on bad car loans whose borrowers are belong to this group of trade consumers. If only part of this money is from consumers and rest is from prductiviy then the productivity portion is not for consumers, it's for gov't usage. However, if gov't collects too much from trade and productivity then the excess amount should be returned. The excess amount is usually for public infrastructures which is not the job of gov't. Please send a memo to auto industry by addressing the above issues.

Dear Seo Jin, I need you to go online to the websites of all productivity segments and try to see their concerns. I was browsing through agriculture.com and found out that the White House proposal on bailing out Wall Street has an impact on farmers. Their complain is that the banks/lenders are going to be tight on borrowers and farmers are feeling upset. I suggest you responding to their concerns. My idea is that if farmers need anything such as crops, equipments, etc. then they can do this by exchanging with other farmers or manufacturers directly without having to go through banks to get money to purchase them. Trading activities are for consumers who use products from various productivity segments without involving in the production directly. Therefore banks are not for farmers or other productivity segments. Please send these farmers a memo addressing this issue.

Dear Seo Jin, I need you to send another memo to Federal Reserve. First, clear the role of Fed and White House. Fed is representing trade groups while White House represents politicians. Fed allocates money to different trade groups with careful calculations derived from economic theories. Second, economy is a term that is used to describe the overall condition of all productivity segments. Fed's claim of its task is to handle the economy/productivity is therefore false. Neither Fed nor White House is capable of dealing with economy/productivity. Dear Seo Jin, In this memo to White House you are going to state that we demand the source of this large sum of money to Wall Street. Two main groups are above White House which are trade and productivity. White House gets money from these two groups in form of taxes. White House supposed to use this money on political campaign and military/war related areas. However, often we see White House using the taxes on building public infrastructure. I think that public roads, highways, airports are for trade and productivity groups and therefore money for such construction should be managed and collected by trade and productivity segments, i.e. it's not the job of White House. We suggest that money collected for White House are solely for the purpose of political and military campaigns. White House needs to stay away from trade and productivity.

Jerusalem was a gathering place mainly for the various religious groups and had very little to do with productivity. The reason why I am looking at the past experiences with Peter is because I want to build a much stronger and solid relationship with you. Dear Seo Jin, I am going to send a memo to Pentagon regarding an overview of their war zone strategy. During Iraq war their job is to contain the situation not to get directly involved in the war. The matching oppositions of the Iraq war are the Iraq gov't military and militant groups. By sorting out these parties Pentagon ground troops can go to the parties at close range to help them match up. However, when it comes to road side bombs using ground troops is a mistake which causes heavy casualties. Terrorists are the ones responsible for road side bombs and their match are not Pentagon ground troops. Pentagon got too close by using ground troops to deal with this situation. They should have used Air Force to spot the terrorists along with their opponents. The above suggestion and ideas were never adopted by Pentagon and White House. I hope in future warfares they will listen to us.

White House followed my suggestion on starting the war with Middle East. However, they did not follow through completely,ie they did not invite me to the frontline and failed to listen to my ideas. Now after incurrence of heavy casualties they still refuse to let me lead. They think they still have the control of military/Pentagon after all this. I am pretty sure that Pentagon is within our control. It's not necessary to bring forces in from Asia to control White House as some people suggested. I leave it to Pentagon which will know what to do with unqualified President of White House. Pentagon will come to me and you in time.

Dear Seo Jin, I saw from the news that McCain and Obama are debating over the economy. I told them economy consists of various productivity segments and it's therefore not their jobs to deal with this topic. It's a frustrating situation when they refuse to listen to us. The consequences are the economy is going to continue to go through recession or depression. We just have to watch them hit rock bottom. I need to hear your thoughts on the collapse of fiancial industries this morning in U.S. I know you studied business management in NY University. I have never been to the trading floor of Wall Street. However, in my view this kind of "trade" sooner or later will dissolve. It takes the ones who actually produce the product to trade with each other. Stock brokers have no knowledge of how a particular product is being produced and hence can not represent that product group to trade. This kind of "trade" will only lead to confusion and chaos. I am preparing to become a math teacher. This way I can earn some money needed for voice lessons and music career as a singer. My voice teacher from 10 years ago once had high hope in me. Our re-union in this coming Nov. will mark a turning point in my life. He will start training me again and help me to launch a career. I study some math problems in the morning. Dear Seo Jin, Today I have had some experiences that make me feel lonely. I know this woman from the school I was attending. She called me and asked me to pick her up from home and drive her to school. She got into a car accident on high way yesterday. While she was waiting for the tow truck a man approached her and tried to rape her. She got rid off him and told me she was scared. I arrived at her home at 11AM this morning. She told me that her husband wants me to show him how to cook a Chinese dish during weekends. She sounded upset. I did not say yes. She works during weekends and I do not want to be alone with her husband when she's not around. I have no interests in him. People might think I am crazy to love someone like you who are thousands miles away. I know what I am doing. And that's it. From now on I have to keep my distance from her and her husband to avoid any misunderstandings. For the past several hours I had been watching Yi San. I bought the DVD set of this movie.

I have some good news to share with you. I have been trying to become an opera singer and I had a very good voice teacher 10 years ago. Then I stopped seeing him due to illness, down turn of my career, etc. I just found him again and sent him an e-mail. He called me the other day and said he was in Delaware. He said he would come to Chicago in November for a concert. And he and I can meet again in Nov. The oil field is belong to productivity groups. Since productivity belongs to U.S. oil production should be monitored by U.S. companies. Saudi Arabia, Iraq and some other oil rich countries therefore need to step out of the oil trade and production process because they are not productivity segments. Some elements in oil companies in U.S. need to be taken out because they raise the oil price and disturb the normal operation of oil production. This is a difficult subject to deal with. The order of this worldly hierarchy is that women are at bottom, men are in the middle and on top are you and me. Each layer consists of a matching pair of 2 elements. These 2 elements are the same sex. And this fact reveals that human beings have been struggling to distinguish themselves by trying to attain different sex in a setting. There has been overlapping and weak distinction between the 2 elements. Dear Seo Jin, I am thinking about what is the most effective path for you to take to reach me in a short period of time. If you already got hold of Asia then the next stop will be Middle East and Europe. In Middle East you need to separate religious people from war zone elements. I will let you know later what to do with oil product groups there. In Europe you need to separate war zone from productivity zone. And send religious groups of both Mid-East and Europe to Northern Europe first and from there passing Arctic and go down into Canada and Northern U.S. You take similar path as religious people mentioned above and reach Northern U.S. with them and then you go down further South to Mid-West region and meet me in Chicago. Instead Peter and I spent a lot of time to study Mid-East. I know it's going to be a difficult move. We are talking about all religious groups are Blacks who belong to Northern states in U.S. This means muslins, Islam, christians, Jews, Buddasm, catholic/Pope, etc are all Blacks to be moved to U.S. and Canada. Majority of Africans and Asians will stay except for large numbers of Koreans, Indians. Half of Mid-East will stay as war zone and half will move. Majority of Europe will stay. Those who did school shootings and 9-11 are classified as criminals or Blacks because victims did not resist. Terrorist are those who attacked Pentagon in Iraq and got resistence. If 9-11 is the work of Al Qaeda then it is not a terrorist group but rather a criminal group which belong to Blacks. The members of Al Qaeda are to be captured and sent to Northern states prisons. Inner circle of Blacks are criminals who are extreme cases of dictatorship. In those crimes opposition/victims are often dead without capacity of resistence. The next circle is religious groups in which although opposition/victims are not dead they lose identity to God without conscious existence. The northern states circles are going to be arranged as follows: women and children are going to be in the inner circle which consists of schools, residential areas, female security force. For those women who need to work in productivity segments such as nurses are given passes and will be asked to show it at the check point at the border by military/police. Blacks circles consist of prison of criminals at inner circle, security force,religious groups, etc. For those who work outside at gov't, military and productivity segments are given passes to be checked at border.

In previous memo I mentioned that Southern states are being abandoned due to bad weather. East and West coast are also being abandoned due to bad weather and frequent earthquakes. Weather in Mid-West is suitable for agriculture and other productivity segments. Some countries in Asia can merge with U.S. which territory will expand.Such Asia countries are mentioned in previous memos, e.g. Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, etc. Majority of China will stay and being singled out as a dictating nation.
