Kim Hyun Joong is confirmed as H1N1 flu case

Actor and SS401 member Kim Hyun Joong from drama "Boys before Flowers" caught H1N1 flu during the promotion activities in Japan and now under treatment in Japan. Other main actors including Lee Min-ho, Koo Hye-seon, Kim Beom and Kim-Joon will go for medical check in hospital today, reported on 8 September. 


According to Kim Hyun Joong's management company DSP Entertainment, Kim Hyun Joong had a fever from 6 September which is first day for drama promotion in Japan. Since he doesn't have any other symptoms management company treats him as caught a cold and suggests him sleep early to rest. 


After the drama promotion event on 7 September the fever becomes worse and Kim Hyun Joong received hospital treatment. In the morning of 8 September Kim Hyun Joong is confirmed as H1N1 flu case. 


Kim Hyun Joong delays the schedule to go back to Korea on 8 September and is still under treatment in hospital in Tokyo. DSP Entertainment delays the schedule of the second regular album of SS501 which is suppose to release at the end of September 


The management companies of other main actors in drama "Boys before Flowers" say that the actors are fine at the moment. In case they catch H1N1 flu they will go to hospital for checking on 9 September.
