Jang Nara, delivers song yearning for success of the Beijing Olympics

Hallyu Star Jang Nara will deliver a song to the Beijing Olympic Committee yearning for the success of the upcoming Beijing Olympics.

According to Jang Nara's official website on the 10th, Jang Nara, who has been the publicity ambassador for the 15th anniversary of China-Korea relations, will transfer the rights to the song 'Our Dream' to the Beijing Olympic Committee through a program the committee will produce on BTV. She will also sing the song at the end of the show with a 70 member orchestra, 10 Chinese opera singers, and 20 members of the Chinese central children's choir.

'Our Dream' was produced in English and Chinese versions and 60 or so Chinese orchestra members and 30 choir members participated in the recording.

The music video revealed on her official website features Jang Nara dressed in red traditional Chinese clothing along with the torch relay and the people cheering, and various scenes from past Olympic events.

Jang Nara commented in regards to this song, "The Beijing Olympics is the first Olympic event in Asia in 20 years since the 1988 Seoul Olympics. I believe it has something special to do with the number 8 that the Chinese like so much. To commemorate 15 years of relations between Korea and China, I sung with the heart of Korea's hope for Beijing's success. I also hope the relations between Korea and China improve even more through this."
