Seo Woo, Prediction of new star for refreshing acting in 'Tamna the Island'

MBC new weekend drama "Tamna the Island" introduces new star, the leading actress Seo Woo. 


In the first episode of drama "Tamna the Island", three leading characters meet each other and tell the interesting story happening in Jeju Island. In the drama, Seo Woo is playing the role of Jang Beo-jin who is a fisher woman in ancient Korea, meets William (Hwang Chan-bin) coming back from Britain and local young man Park Koo (Im Joo-hwan). 


Seo Woo shows her refreshing acting with the background of beautiful Jeju Island landscape which attracts thousands of audience to watch the show and also leave positive message on the drama official website. Her name as searching item is also going up quickly at several portal websites in Korea. 


Her amazing acting skill even surprises the drama production team. "I think she is so honest and outgoing when I first meet her. Also her face is just the looking of ancient Korean fisher woman which is one of the most important factors that I choose her as the leading actress," said a representative of the production team to explain the reason of her casting, "Her acting makes the drama more interesting!"
